Innocuous even with direct application onto the animal
The respiration system and the sucking beak of the insects are obstructed, so they can neither breathe nor eat. At the same time the insect is dried out by dehydration and dies.
Also kills larvae and eggs
Effect:
The active ingredient destroys the chitin plates of the vermin which is then reliably killed. Larvae and eggs are also destroyed.
Composition:
Octane acid, Decane acid (saturated fatty acids from the coconut oil)
Application recommendation:
Spray onto the animal, but not into the eyes. Sufficiently spray environment (cage, terrarium ect.). Depending on the vermin infestation, repeat spraying every 2-4 weeks.
Please note:
As for reptiles, do not use Petvital Bio-Insect-Shocker orior to the first sloughing, and never during or immediately after any sloughing.
Do not use on reptiles or spiders that live exclusively in water.
The product is totally innocuous for the hair and skin of rodnets and hedgehogs. The same applies to the skin and feathers of birds.
